Closed Team Registration

To Sign Up A Closed Team:
  • Notify Corey via email
  • Every player must register: CLICK HERE FOR PLAYER REGISTRATION
  • Method of Payment
    • If the team is paying with a single check
      • Instruct players to select "Pay by Check/Cash" during registration.
      • Make out a check for $750 with Coach's name and send to:

          Annapolis Maryland  21401
    • If the team is NOT paying with a single check
      • All players must pay the $75 fee registration fee online by credit card.
      • If more than 10 players register and pay online, a refund will be issued to the team.
      • If the team has less than 10 players paid, the team coach must make up the difference before the team can be scheduled.
 
  • During Registration, instruct players to put in Coach "Last Name" under the special requests field. 
  • Roster will need to be sent-in for the team prior to December 15th
